Partnered with Harry Nguyen, VACAT offers new Computer and Smart Devices Training in Vietnamese for Vietnamese adults who have little to no experience with computers and smart devices.  VACAT provides classes like Basic Computer Skills, the Internet and E-Mail, Creating Resumes, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Social Media, and more.. The computer lab at AARC will provide students with access to computer technology.
